The challenge was communicating a complex idea in a way that educators, employers and stakeholders could quickly understand and get behind.
Signal worked closely with the team to simplify the concept, develop the strategic thinking around it and create a clearer way of explaining its purpose and potential.
The result was IndEX.
More than a name, IndEX became a framework for communicating the project. Even the styling of the name itself, always written with the EX capitalised, reinforced the idea of exchange at the heart of the initiative.
Signal developed the naming strategy, brand identity, logo, design guidelines, publications, books, website, user experience and supporting marketing materials, helping turn an ambitious concept into a clear and cohesive proposition.
The project continues to evolve through an AI-powered education and industry matching platform designed to help educators and employers build more meaningful connections and identify opportunities for collaboration.
