Building a brand around an important cause.
The Alfie Jones Foundation was established to raise awareness of sepsis and help prevent other families from experiencing the devastating loss that inspired the charity’s creation.
The challenge was creating a visual identity that balanced compassion with hope while helping the charity communicate clearly with families, healthcare professionals and supporters.
Signal developed the charity’s brand identity, creating a distinctive logo centred around Alfie’s own childhood handprint, supplied by his parents as a lasting symbol of the charity’s purpose.
The identity became the foundation for the website, awareness campaigns and printed materials. The project also included educational publications, hospital and public awareness posters, flyers and ongoing creative support, ensuring a consistent identity across every touchpoint.
As part of Signal’s ongoing commitment to supporting charities and community organisations through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, creative work has been provided at significantly reduced rates, helping maximise the charity’s resources while supporting its vital work.
